Three Chord Blended Bourbon / Cynar / Sweet Vermouth / Fennel Bitters / Orange Peel

This drink was dark in color, with ruby red hues, what I would imagine a black creek to look like. Cocktails have a way of taking you to a memory, a place and sometimes a space to wash your sins away

- 1 OZ Blended Bourbon
- 0.75 OZ Cynar
- 0.75 OZ Sweet Vermouth
- 2 Dashes of Fennel Bitters
- 1 Orange Peel
Rocks/Stir/Large Cube
Garnish: Orange Peel & Bourbon Cherry
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass including the orange peel, add ice and stir well with a cocktail spoon, strain over a large ice cube into a rocks glass & garnish with a bourbon cherry and fresh orange peel.
